I raised $100M for my Web 3 AI crypto exchange platform. I will tell you the name and features later when I’ll launch it, but until then listen to the story on how I raised this much money.
It was 10 March 2025, when an idea came into my mind about let’s build something in web 3 that people need and people will love.
In the news, there was a report about BTC reserve bought by President Trump, and at that time crypto and stock markets were down overall.
I researched about what can I make and then I realized, I can make a Crypto exchange platform with the best AI model that help people to trade easily, I know trading is easy, just understand the market and buy or sell.
But understanding the market in a right way is hard for many people. Some people struggle to understand the market and hence they waste a lot of money in crypto and stocks etc.
So I came up with a solution to help these people and help other people too trade easily with the power of AI (You will know the solution, when I will launch it in some months). Previously, I built Horizon Chain.
After I figured out the problem and solution with all of the things that I need to build the best Web 3 Ai crypto exchange platform that will decide the future of crypto and Web 3 overall. I emailed Mark Cuban for an investment deal.
Within minutes, he saw the email and he responded. We agreed on a meeting. I jumped on the Zoom meeting and I pitched my idea.
He liked the idea and I closed the meeting and got $1M dollar from Mark Cuban. He liked the idea very much so he introduced me to other investors and the other investors liked my idea too and they invested a lot of money in my startup that is just pre seed.
Until now I’ve got the investment from Brian Armstrong, Vlad Tenev, Chanpeng Zhao, Paul Graham, Peter Thiel and some other investors while Sequoia Capital, Accel, 500 Global, 8VC and many other firms too invested in my startup. They all invested a total of $49,500,000 (49M and 500 thousand USD). I was very happy.
While I was doing so, suddenly I got an email from one of the investors and he told me that he will arrange my meeting with Elon Musk. I was shocked, how crazy it is, only one email can change the life.
After two days, I got the chance to talk with Elon Musk and the first thing I said to him was, I can’t believe this is all possible, it was my dream to talk with you, and he replied, Good, now you are talking to me.
We talked about the idea and he invested $50M in my startup. Isn’t it crazy?
I asked Elon Musk, Why you invested 50M in my web 3 AI crypto exchange startup? He replied, This is going to be future, I knew, I built the Paypal, at that time I knew what will work in some years and now I knew what will work in future and this web 3 AI crypto exchange is going to be very big platform. So why shouldn’t I invest!
I was in shock, after doing 33 Zoom meetings, I was able to raise $99,500,000 (99M and 500 thousand USD). I was in pure shock, all it took me was 4 days and 1 email, and I broke all the records in startup world.
Now, after I got the money, I started to build the platform and then I woke up and realized all of this was a “DREAM”. NOTHING REALLY HAPPENED.
Oh God, I was living the best life, got the $100M for my startup that was just in pre seed, got the chance to talk to Elon Musk, CEOs of Fortune 500 and some other investors.
I think that dream is over, but I should raise the money now, and my plan is to raise $10M pre-seed. We need this money to build the better Web 3 AI crypto exchange platform.
